Prices:
Prices range between €65.00 and €91.00 depending on the season.
Final cleaning and linen packages, heating, electricity and water are included in the price.
Dogs are welcome, but we charge a one-time service fee of 10€.
If you book 3 weeks, we offer a discount: book 21 days and pay for 18.
Winter time (December to March) 91,-€
Summer time (April to October) 82,-€
Autumn offer (November) 65,-€
A tourist tax is charged in Schmallenberg-Westfeld. 2.00€ per person over 14 years per day. The price of the tourist card includes free bus travel on public transport, free entry to the Sauerlandbad in Bad Fredeburg , THIKOS Children's Land in Schmallenberg and much more. Further information about the Sauerland Card can be found on the website of the Westfeld Tourist Office .
Deposit: 20% ------ after conclusion of contract
Remaining payment: 80% ------ 3 weeks before arrival
If the stay is cancelled and the holiday apartment can no longer be re-rented, you will incur the following costs:
- Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation and refund of the deposit
- 29 to 14 days before arrival: 70% of the rental cost
- 13 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price
